Sundown Festival Seoul’d Out 2009 is founded and organised by Red Spade Entertainment (RSE). Seoul’d Out 2009 is the first in Red Spade Entertainment’s series of propriety Sundown Festival concerts. Set to a bi-annual event, each festival is focused on congregating premier acts from all over the world so as to deliver the best outdoor event experience for music, cultural and entertainment aficionados - right here in Singapore.
